Open Dairy Show

Judging - Wednesday, August 13, 6:00 p.m.

All cattle shall be accompanied by a certificate of Veterinary Inspection.

1. Cattle must be in place by 12:00 Noon on Wednesday, August 13.  However, if animals are to show in Junior and Open Show, those animals  must be in place by 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 12.

2. Release time will be 10:00 p.m., Wednesday, August 13.

3. All animals exhibited must meet health requirements of the Fair.

4. Cattle must be entered using entry form in the Fair Catalog.

5. An entry fee of $5.00 per tie space will be charged for the open show.

6. Premiums will be paid for places 1-5 according to the following schedule.
        1st - $20.00
        2nd - $15.00
        3rd - $10.00
        4th - $8.00
        5th - $5.00.


If only one entry in a class, exhibitor will receive 2nd place money.
        Best Udder $3.00

7. Two animals per exhibitor per lot may be entered.

8. Exhibitor pass will be required for $5.00 per pass per day.

25) Breeders Herd of Five Females - this group, all owned by the exhibitor, consisting of two (2) females under two years of age that have freshened, two (2) females under two year of age and one (1) any age. Three must be bred by the exhibitor. Each farm is limited to one entry and registration papers will be checked in ring before each class.

SUPREME CHAMPION TROPHY
The Supreme Champion Trophy will be awarded by Huff Acres Jerseys.  The winners will be selected from the Grand Champion of each breed in the Dairy Open Show.
