Open Beef Cattle Show

Judging - Saturday, August 16, 5:00 p.m.

All cattle shall be accompanied by a certificate of Veterinary Inspection.

1. Cattle must be in place by 12:00 N on Saturday, August 16th. However, if animals are to show in Junior and Open Show, those animals must be in place by 5:00 p.m., Friday, August 15th.

2. Release time will be 10:00 p.m., Saturday, August 16th.

3. All animals exhibited must meet health requirements of the Fair.

4. Cattle must be entered using entry form in the Fair Catalog.

5. An entry fee of $5.00 per tie space will be charged for the open show.

6. Premiums will be paid for places 1-5 according to the following schedule.
        1st - $20.00
        2nd - $15.00
        3rd - $10.00
        4th - $8.00
        5th - $5.00

If only one entry in a class, exhibitor will receive 2nd place money.


7. Heifers and bulls shown in Other Breeds must be registered in the Herd Registry for their breed.  Lots will be determined by hip height measurements.

8. Exhibitor pass will be required for $5.00 per pass per day.

39) Breeders Herd - Four (4) animals, either sex, bred and owned by the exhibitor. All animals must be shown
in their individual classes.
40) Group of Five (5) Head - Five (5) animals of either sex, owned by the exhibitor from either the Calf, Junior,
Senior Classes, or a combination of both. All animals must be shown in their individual classes to be eligible.
