1. Premiums in all lots: 1st - $3.00, 2nd - $2.00, 3rd - $1.00 2. The exhibitor except for wild specimens MUST grow all flowers and plants. 3. Flowering and Foliage House Plant, Specimens & Arrangement: Enter plants between 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Sunday, August 10 and roses 9:00 - 12:00 a.m., Monday, August 11. 4. No entries will be accepted after judging begins. 5. Entries with dust, polish, or spray on leaves will be disqualified. 6. All specimens must have long stems with foliage. Three (3) to bottle means 3 FLOWERS ON A STEM. All specimens must be in bottles. NO BOTTLES will be furnished by the Fair Association. 7. The exhibitor must have owned houseplants for at least three months. 8. No buds on Dahlias or Roses. 9. Do not mix flowers or plants. 10. Plants may be removed Sunday, August 17 at 1:00 p.m. 11. If plant, flower or Rose is not in book, please do not bring it. Plants, flower or rose will not be entered. |
