1. Enter on Saturday, August 9, 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. ONLY.
Judging will
be on Monday, August 11.
2. Ribbons will be awarded to students and children placing 1 - 3,
preschool through 12th grade.
Premiums:
1st place $3.00
2nd place $2.00
3rd place $1.00
3. Premiums awarded for adult classes:
1st place $5.00
2nd place $4.00
3rd place $3.00
4. Professional (those who sell or teach classes) will be allowed to
enter under separate classification 01 through 03.
5. All entries must be original and must be entered in the same name
that actually did the work.
6. Exhibitors may enter only one article per lot.
7. All pictures must be ready to hang. We prefer them to be matted &
framed. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT PICTURES NOT READY TO HANG. Watercolors,
charcoal drawings, and pastels must be protected by glass or plastic,
ready to hang.
8. Identification tab or space on back of picture should be filled out
with name, address, and phone number of exhibitor. If initials appear on
painting, for judging, this will be covered.
9. Exhibitors may enter a total of one (1) picture, in different lots.
10. Articles that have been entered in previous exhibitions of the fair
are not eligible.
11. Awards will be made on the quality of workmanship and originality of
design.
12. The Fair Association reserves the right to disqualify entries of any
person interfering with the judge, clerks, or placing of ribbons.
13. Only articles listed in the premium book will be
accepted.
14. Refer to General Rules and Regulations in this book applying to all departments.
