- Enter Artwork: Saturday August 12, 2023 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Sunday, August 13, 2023 from 11a.m.-4 p.m.
- Judging: Monday, August 14, 2023.
- Title Professional (those who sell or teach classes) will be allowed to enter under a separate classification 1 through 3.
- Entries must be original work and entered in the artists name.
- Exhibitors may enter only one (1) picture per lot.
- All pictures must be ready to hang. We prefer them to be matted and framed. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT PICTURES NOT READY TO HANG.
- Watercolors, Charcoal, drawings, and pastels must be protected by glass or plastic.
- ID tag or space on back of artwork should contain: Name, Address, and Phone Number for the exhibitor. If Initials appear on the artwork, they will be covered for judging.
- Artwork entered in previous competitions of the fair are ineligible
- The Fair Association reserves the right to disqualify entries of any person interfering with judges, clerks, or placing of ribbons.
- Premium Check MUST be cash within 30 Day
- Items can be picked up on Sunday August 20, 2023 after 1pm
